Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Contract Formation

By completing the order process on our website and clicking the corresponding button, a legally binding contract is formed between the customer and NORSAN GmbH.

2. Prices

The prices applicable at the time of the order shall apply. All prices quoted are in Euros and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or local sales taxes based on the destination country and legal requirements.
Shipping costs are listed separately and will be clearly indicated before the completion of the order and on the invoice.
Prices, promotions, and coupons are valid until the stated expiry date.

3. Shipping

• Shipping costs are €7.00 (including applicable taxes). For orders with a total value of €30.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.
• Delivery is handled via DHL. Shipments are made to the delivery address provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery Restrictions: Orders placed via norsan.de cannot be delivered to Poland, Italy, France, or Switzerland. For these countries, please use our respective international websites or partner shops.

4. Payment Arrangements

Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website during the checkout process (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, or—where available—Payment on Invoice).

Payment on Invoice: This option is generally available for deliveries within Germany. The full invoice amount must be transferred within 14 days of receipt of the goods, stating the invoice number.

Credit Limit: For orders within Germany placed via “payment on invoice” exceeding a total value of €200.00, NORSAN GmbH reserves the right to contact the customer and require payment in advance or an alternative instant payment method.

For all other orders (international or via instant payment methods), the purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.

5. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the exclusive property of NORSAN GmbH until full payment of the purchase price has been received. The customer is not entitled to resell the goods while they are still subject to this retention of title.

6. Product Information and Liability

Health Note: Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Please keep products out of reach of children and follow the instructions on the packaging.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, or images (typographical or calculation errors).

All rights to texts, photos, and designs are owned by NORSAN GmbH. Any reproduction or use beyond personal purposes requires our express consent.
