2. Prices
The prices valid are those at the time of order. All prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your delivery country and local legal requirements.
Where required by law, VAT, GST, or other local sales taxes will be calculated based on the applicable rate in the destination country and displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are listed separately and will be clearly indicated before completion of the order and on the invoice.
Prices, promotions, and coupons are valid until the stated expiry date.
3. Shipping
The shipping costs are 7 € (applicable taxes). From a shopping value of 30 € we do not charge shipping costs.
4. Delivery
The delivery takes place by mail by the DHL. Deliveries shall be made to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed. We always strive to meet your wishes and deliver to your desired address.
5. Payment arrangements
No indication of your account data on the Internet and no payment in advance, at NORSAN you pay easily by invoice, which you get with the goods. For payment on account, please transfer the full amount to the following account within 14 days, stating the invoice number:

7. Reservation of ownership
The goods delivered remain the property of NORSAN GmbH up to the complete settlement of the purchase price. The customer is not entitled to resell the goods delivered by us and still subject to retention of title.
8. Miscellaneous
Medicines should be stored carefully and inaccessible to children. Package inserts and instructions for use must be observed.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet as well as a healthy lifestyle.
